International Max Planck Research Schools (IMPRS)

The IMPRS-BI PhD Program was founded in 2022 within the Max Planck Institute for Biological Intelligence in collaboration with Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU Munich) and Technical University of Munich (TUM), and offers structured training and cutting-edge research opportunities in more than 30 laboratories in fields such as behaviour, ecology, neuroscience, connectomics, and evolutionary genetics.

International Max Planck Research School - Biological Intelligence (IMPRS-BI)

The International Max Planck Research School for Molecules of Life (IMPRS-ML) is the successor of the very successful IMPRS-LS which was first established in 2005. IMPRS-ML is a center of excellence dedicated to the education and training of the world's most promising young researchers in the areas of biochemistry, structural biology, biophysics, cell biology, systems biology, and computational biology.

International Max Planck Research School for Molecules of Life (IMPRS-ML)

The IMPRS-TP PhD program provides first class training to internationally outstanding students who are passionate about molecular, cellular and systemic psychiatric research. Research areas covered within the Program are molecular medicine, neuroscience, psychiatry, quantitative epigenetics and imaging, neuroimaging, design-based stereology and clinical studies.
